Some foods that increase the blood count in your body

Add fruits and vegetables in your regular diet chart,
Folic Acid foods: Dried beans and peas, dark green vegetables such as broccoli, spinach, collard or turnip greens, okra, and asparagus; and citrus fruit and juice
Vitamin A: Apricot, Cabbage, Carrot, Sweet potatoes, mango, pepper, spinach, tomato, watermelon. These are the fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin A.
Vitamin C: Orange capsicum, broccoli, Papaya, Strawberry, pineapple, kiwi, mango. These are some kinds of fruits where they are rich in vitamin c which is good for the improvement of the blood count.
Regular exercise: Exercise daily make yourself fresh and energinic,walking and jogging also help for the improvement of the blood count.
Continuous assessment of blood check-up and know your count and know how your RBC are doing.
