How to control emotions?


1. Try not to concentrate on the issue, don’t recall the hard days try to move ahead.
2. Don’t do the normal usual things try to bring small changes in your life do different things and enjoy doing that.
3. Do yoga relax yourself, admit yourself for some herbal spa so that your mind gets relaxed and it will be free from all the emotions.
4. Enjoy friendship, fun, love and intimacy with significant people.
5. Shift your focus that is more important if you can shift your focus on something else automatically concentrate changes and the motive also differs, so you will be emotionally controlled.
6. Select the circumstances that unwantedly triggers your situation and make you dumped on emotions.
